At AscasoUSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium espresso equipment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Equipment
Carefully clean and repack the machine in its original double-walled box, ensuring all portafilters, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; we recommend utilizing insured shipping for high-value espresso units.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the machine's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
